Dr. Taveau's Request for Injunctive Relief Denied
In court documents filed in August Dr. Scott Taveau requested that his retirement benefits be reinstated by filing for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. The court has DENIED the request.
In court documents dated 9/26:
The Court having reviewed the Application for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction, denies the same.
